Those are the three pillars of Monica Garrison’s Black Girls Do Bike (BGDB), a growing community of women of color who’ve been sharing in the passion — and joy — of cycling together since 2013. With more than 100 local chapters across the world, BGDB is a place for lady cyclists to support each other, promote skill-sharing, and help new riders break down barriers to entry into the larger cycling community.
